Dr. Kenneth P. Jiang, MD

PCA – Internal Medicine

A Diplomat of the American Board of Internal Medicine, Dr. Jiang began his college career at the University of California in Davis then went on to attend medical school at Chicago's Pritzker School of Medicine and completed his Internal Medicine residency at Yale. He has served the Hollister community since 1998.


Ray Kusumoto, MHS, PA-C

PCA – Internal Medicine

Ray received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from the University of California in Santa Cruz. He then went on to his Physician Assistant studies at Duke University School of Medicine, where he received a Masters of Health Science Degree. Ray has practiced in Hollister since 1997. He also gives Educational Lectures on Diabetes treatment, Cholesterol management and ECG Interpretation.  Ray currently serves as CEO of Primary Care Associates


Arminda Tolentino, MD

PCA – Family Practice

Dr. Arminda Tolentino is a Fellow of the American Board of Family Medicine. She began her college career at the University of California, Davis and then went on to attend medical school at University of the East Ramon Magsaysay in the Philippines. She continued on to University of California, San Francisco as a Research Assistant, and then completed her Family Practice Residency at Albany Medical Center in New York and St. Joseph Regional Medical Center where she earned a top Academic Achievement Award during graduation. Dr. Tolentino has been practicing since 1995 and serving our community in Hollister since 1996.


Anita Tolentino Macaraeg, MD

PCA – Pediatrics

Dr. Anita Tolentino –Macaraeg is a Fellow of American Academy of Pediatrics and a Diplomat of the American Board of Pediatrics. She completed her undergraduate studies at the University of the Philippines and received her Doctorate of Medicine at UERM Memorial Medical Center in the Philippines where she ranked #8 in the Philippine Medical Board. Dr. Tolentino –Macaraeg completed her residency in New York Medical College. She has been practicing since 1994 and has served the Hollister community since 1996.


Joe Godbout, PA-C

PCA – Medicine and Pediatrics

Joe is a graduate of the Primary Care Associate program at Stanford University and also served 15 years as a Combat Medic in the US Army.  He enjoys all aspects of family and pediatric medicine.  Joe has been providing care to the residents of Hollister since 2005.


Junife Burguillos, MSPA, PA-C

PCA – Family Medicine

Junife attended Western University of Health Sciences in Pomona where she earned her Master of Science in Physician Assistant studies in May2004. She has been practicing in Family Medicine since 2010 and has been practicing in Hollister since 2014.


Amy Bailey

PCA – Family Medicine

Amy Bailey has a close connection to the Hollister community as she was born at Hazel Hawkins Hospital, attended Hollister public schools, and graduated from San Benito High School. She has served the Hollister community as a nurse practitioner since 2013, when she returned to California after completing her degrees.  Amy graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Human Biology at Brown University and then went on to attend nursing school at the University of Pennsylvania where she received a combined Bachelors and Masters in Nursing. Amy is certified by the Pediatric National Certification Board as a pediatric nurse practitioner. She is passionate about providing quality pediatric health care and establishing long-lasting relationships with families in our community.

Dr Sayuj Paudel

PCA – Family Medicine

Dr Sayuj Paudel is a fellow of American Board of Internal medicine and American College of Physicians. He graduated from Kathmandu University as valedictorian and completed his internal medicine residency from Danbury Hospital affiliated with Yale University in Connecticut. He then went to work as acute care physician and hospitalist for Melrose Wakefield Healthcare affiliated with Tufts Medical Center and Beverly Hospital affiliated with Beth Israel Lahey Health since 2012. He has been serving Hollister community since 2019.
